Chris & Chris Warranty

Chris & Chris offers a **One-Year Parts Replacement Warranty** on all kitchen carts purchased from authorized sellers. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or damage sustained during normal use. If your cart is damaged, simply fill out the warranty claim form, and Chris & Chris will contact you within 2 business days to process a replacement.

Coverage Period: 1 Year
Claim Process: File a claim on the suppliers website, chrisandchrishome.com.

Sunset Trading® Warranty

Sunset Trading® provides a One-Year Warranty on all items, covering defects in workmanship and materials. If an issue arises, they will offer a no-cost replacement part before considering a return.

Coverage Period: 1 Year from the date of purchase.
Claim Process: Contact Sunset Trading® with a completed inspection form within 5 days of receipt for concealed damages.

Winsome Warranty

Winsome offers a straightforward replacement parts service for their products.

Replacement Parts: Free replacement parts are available within 60 days of purchase.
Proof of Purchase: Required from an authorized retailer.
Shipping Locations: Replacement parts ship within the U.S.A. and Canada only.
Shipping Time: Parts process and ship within 5-7 business days via UPS, FedEx, or Post. Hardware ships within 1-2 business days.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email upon shipment.

For refunds or entire unit replacements, please contact the retailer where you made your purchase.

Benzara Warranty

Benzara is committed to delivering your order accurately and in good condition.

Shipping and Inspection: All shipments are handled via Freight/LTL. It’s crucial to inspect all merchandise upon delivery and note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before signing. If concealed damage is found after delivery, retain the carton and contact Benzara immediately.
Damage Claims: If the product is damaged in transit, the customer must file a claim with the carrier. Contact Benzara at 562.633.7612 to request an inspection or initiate a freight claim.
Shipping Carriers: Note that Benzara’s shipping carriers do not provide inside delivery.
