Will I be charged for shipping?

We offer Free ground shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states for ALL orders.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We do not charge sales tax except in the State of Texas.

 

Can I cancel my order after I submit it?

You can cancel your order if it has not yet shipped. Please contact us right away

We are not able to accept an order cancellation once your order has shipped. Your order will then be considered as a return. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page as well as your specific product page’s Shipping & Returns tab.

 

What’s the status of my order?

We will be constantly emailing you through out the process, from order confirmation to shipping to delivery of your order. This way, you don’t have to wonder where your order is! :)

Alternatively, you can visit your Order Page to see your order status. 

 

How do I track my order?

We will send you your tracking number via e-mail. There are different ways to conveniently track your order:

  1. We will send you an e-mail with a direct link to a page that has tracking details.
  2. Go to "Track My Order" and enter your tracking number. 

 

What if I need to return something?

We have a 30 Day Return Policy for most of our items. For more details, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page as well as your specific product page’s Shipping & Returns tab.

 

Is it safe for me to enter my Credit Card number on your website?

We understand how this could be a daunting process. But we assure your that our website is very safe, private, and secure. 

Our site uses an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Connection, which works by using a private key to encrypt data that’s transferred over the SSL connection. Your private information is secured using an SSL Certificate. Information exchanged with any address beginning with ‘https’ is encrypted using the SSL server before transmission.

This means that your orders and account information is encrypted by SSL before you send it to us. The information we collect from you is securely protected against unauthorized access. We will never share or sell your personal information with any external organization, unless you provide prior consent. We have very strict policies to protect the privacy of our customers.

I’m still not comfortable ordering online, is there an alternative way to place an order?

Of course! We protect all information you give us, but we understand that placing an order online is not for everyone.

What happens if I give you my email address?

We use your email address to communicate with you regarding your order as well as occasional emails with updates, specials deals, and discount codes. We will never spam you nor share your email address with any sites or marketing companies.
